Refund Guidance
Refunds can be processed in 2 ways. With, or without a tax calculation
- To manually submit refund with no tax calc
- Go to CereTax settings and set 'Disable CereTax For refunds Orders' to true
- Go to the order screen, find the order you want to Refund, click the Refund button
- Enter the quantity and tax amounts you want to refund and click submit
- Please note, this transaction will not be passed to CereTax, there will be no CereTax record of this refund
- To submit refund with calc
- Go to CereTax settings and set 'Disable CereTax For refunds Orders' to false
- Go to the order screen, find the order you want to Refund, click the Refund button
- Enter the quantity you want to refund and click submit
